Thank you to all of you who have been loyal clients of Travel Associates and have trusted us for many years with your vacation plans. To any past clients that might be reading this with pending travel plans not booked through Travel Associates, this message is also for you because we want to help.
Now more than ever, our business is committed to be there for our travelers, but we must also ensure we protect the health & safety of our advisors, our clients and the communities nationwide where we do business. For that reason, effective Friday, March 20, we will be temporarily closing our retail locations. We are still open “virtually” and will still be available to help but your trusted Travel Associates advisors will be working remotely until this crisis is resolved.
We know that due to these uncertain times there are many questions regarding the safety of travel. For most of us, we have never experienced the disruption to travel and our daily lives that we are facing right now in America and around the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. You might find yourself asking questions like, “Is it safe to travel?”, “When is the right time to travel?”, “What if I’ve already booked travel?”, “What should I do?” and “How should I respond?”.
The most important thing that you can do right now is know the facts and be prepared to act on them when appropriate. Our travel advisors are here to help guide the way, as we have been for the past several decades, and we will continue to be there for you and all your travel needs for the years to come. It is times like these that truly demonstrate what it is like to have a trusted travel professional at your side as we all navigate these uncertain waters.
