Free high-speed wi-fi is available throughout all of Heathrow’s terminals. Pre-paid internet kiosks are also located throughout the airport while printers can be found before security.


A left baggage storage facility can be found on the train level of terminal 2.


Charles de Gaulle offers a concierge service including personal welcomes, reservations and VIP boarder and security lines.

Air Canada:

Air Canada has a Maple Leaf Lounge located in Terminal 2A of Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport. Within the lounge, Air Canada card holders, as well as guests who have purchased lounge access, can enjoy free wi-fi, quiet zones, a fully equipped business center as well as complimentary food and beverages.

British Airways:

British Airways First Class, Club World and Club Europe customers and various eligible club members are welcome to enjoy the airline’s Terraces Lounge located in terminal 7. Within the lounge guests can dine at the onsite restaurant, use the computer stations and free wi-fi as well as relax with complimentary massages at the Elemis spa.

Air France:

Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport is home to six Air France lounges; a La Premier Lounge in terminal 2E, an arrivals lounge in 2C and standard lounges located across terminals 2D, 2E, 2F and 2G.
